The suburb of Usera, Plaza de España and the Chinese Cultural Center are at the epicenter of the Chinese New Year celebrations in Madrid. Activities are organized by the various sponsors, community organizations, the Chinese Embassy, the Confucius Institute, the Chinese Cultural Center and many others.
