Old Shanghai in Pictures
Back in the 80's the Old Shanghai skyline was nothing like it is today, there were no skyscrapers back then, Pudong was just rice fields, there were some six lane thoroughfares and bridges... for bicycles!
Much has changed in this city and it is without a doubt the one place in China where modernization took hold at a rapid pace.
